Alexander Young NTP
After a long health journey finally ending with a Lyme disease diagnosis in 2015, Alexander became increasingly frustrated with the standard medical process. Through working with a naturopathic doctor, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, a chiropractor, and an acupuncturist, he uncovered a hidden passion for a different style of healing. A style of healing that addresses the whole body; that addresses the root causes of imbalance, not just the symptoms. This experience led him to become a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
As a Nutritional Therapist, he believes in the power of real food. He knows that what we eat has an enormous impact on our short term and long term health. His aim is to help you reach your goals, no matter what they are, through nutrient-dense whole foods and supplementation.
In addition to his work in the nutritional health field, he has enjoyed a long career as a professional freelance musician. He has performed, toured, and recorded with countless local and national acts. He is currently working on a blog tying together his passion for nutrition and his on-the-go musician lifestyle.
